App Store Purchases
MasterCourse subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store. Because Apple processes the transaction directly, ONE MISSION GROUP LTD. does not have the ability to issue refunds on Apple's behalf.
How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted to Apple through their official support channel.
Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase.
Cancellation vs. Refund
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals, but it does not automatically create a refund. If you want money returned for a past charge, you must file a refund request with Apple.
