User License and Acceptable Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial use.
- You must not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
- You must not use the app to generate illegal, defamatory, or rights-infringing content.
- You must not attempt to bypass subscription, payment, or authentication systems.
Intellectual Property
All interface design, graphics, code, and curriculum structure in MasterCourse are owned by ONE MISSION GROUP LTD.
You retain ownership of the text you submit, but you grant us a license to process that content solely to provide the service.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ONE MISSION GROUP LTD. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London.
